I'm going tonight. I'm guessing I can't carry there. Professional sport?

If you need to get it out of your system before the race, you can go shooting right across the street at Gibson's Shooting Range... ;)
Do you know about the TEXAS State Rifle Association?

When I was a kid visiting my grandparents house there in Garland/Mesquite...

I used to open the window on Saturday nights listening to the roar of the engines at that track while I fell to sleep...

Can't do that anymore...
