Lubbock 30.06 posting
Just an FYI - GoodTimes Power Sports on the west loop is posted. And improperly so. They have what appears to be a hand-lettered 30.06 sign above the parts counter at the back of the store (with some kind of "51" circle-slash drawn in at the bottom, for some reason). I didn't see it until after I'd paid out and just happened to glance up - way up - to look at some of the goodies behind the counter. When I asked about it, the parts guy just shrugged and said, "Yeah, a lot of people mention that sign. I guess a lot of people around here carry." At that point I asked for a refund. The manager came over and asked why and all I did was point to the sign and show him my CHL. He sighed and processed the refund without any further questions.

When carrying, your gun can't be small enough or light enough. If you are forced to use it, it can't big enough or powerful enough.

I'm not familiar with this business...
What do they do (sevices provided?) etc etc...
Sounds like some sort of gym, or when you mentioned parts, sounds like an performance auto supply shop...
Kinda confusing when they post a "hand-lettered" 30.06 sign, and a
"51%" sign as well...
I can jut picture the scene where you asked for your money back...All you had to do was look them dead pan in the eye and flash the "card"...

They sell boats, jet skis, motorcycles, and related equip. Had to have a a new life vest and they were close.
All for naught, though. We spent the whole morning prepping the boat a making sure everything was shipshape. Was on the water for less than an hour when the water pump failed. Oh, and did I mention there is no cell phone service on that end of the lake? Or many other people? And that trying to paddle an 18' Nitro the 5 miles back to the marina is a pain in the butt? (and elbows, and wrists, and back....)
