Gosh.....found the easiest way was to pay directly online...got everything fast and PIN number came in as well tout de suite.....
You work on the Legislature in CA to get things changed there at all..that's so messed up out there!

DPS cashed my out of state check (Nevada) within a few days they received it. I made a copy of the processed check through Wells Fargo online.

It's the REST of the application that will kill ya. :???:

They told us that paying online will save 2 days when the application comes into DPS. If it is mailed w/a check, it goes to bookkeeping, first.

If you pay online, you get a different envelope, different post office box. Those go upstairs direct to processing.

Of course, if you have already taken the course and are ready to send it it, you will have to wait a week to get the new package after you pay online.
