Concealed carry in JellyStone Park

#1

Post by HD76 »

Has anyone stayed at the Yogi Bear JellyStone park in Waller recently? I am trying to find out if they are 30.06 posted or not. A search of this site, and a google search did not help. Their guidelines do state no firearms are permitted. My understanding from the CHL class, and lurking here for awhile, is that I'd probably get expelled from the park if discovered with it, but it would not be a criminal tresspass. I have a pocket .380 and it is very hard to acidently fail to conceal it, so I am not too concearned about anyone accidently seeing it.

I just don't want to drive there, and then come across a legally posted 30.06 sign, and then have to decide what to do.

One other thing, I did already check texas3006.com, and did not find a listing there.

Last time I was there (6 months ago), no 30.06. Carry away!
