Re: DPS Processing Times
Applied online in October, sent in my checklist paperwork on November 1st.
Have not heard or recieved anything as of today, January 3rd. It will be 60 days this week.
Was told by email from a CHL rep that the online status is down so I can't get an update. It still states that they are waiting on the materials.
Concerned.

They wouldn't even confirm that they have received your application?PhilC50 wrote:Applied online in October, sent in my checklist paperwork on November 1st.

Re: DPS Processing Times
24 calendar days from the day DPS received my application to the date postmarked on my license, including weekends and Christmas.
Seems pretty fast.. 17 "business days", not counting the day before Christmas.
I was already in the "system" as I have licenses from other states.... Maybe that saved a few days..?
Or... Maybe the DPS was working extra hard for Santa this year
