Please. I didn't agree that it was OK to walk past a 30.06 sign simply because your gun is well concealed. My post spoke to finding yourself in the uncomfortable situation of realizing that you had unintentionally entered a posted building, unawares because the sign was not posted at the entrance, and then turning around and leaving, undiscovered, to fulfill your legal obligation to that sign once you've seen it. His post seemed to indicate that he thought it was OK to carry concealed past a 30.06 sign. If that's not what he meant, then let him tell me, and I will appropriately apologize for misinterpreting what he said. FWIW, that "2007" is only off by 10 years. That line item (i) was an amendment to 46.035 in 1997, the same year that Section 30.06 was added.
Maybe more appropriately stated, it only took about 10 years for lots of people to recognize that a certain lady lawyer had been failing to mention that line item (i) (which also includes public meetings) in this century's instructor schools.My best friend is a LEO.
