If it's concel they will not know you are carrying. I have no problem carrying when I go there, but don't visit them much.

Stephen,

I try to stand up for members when they maybe, maybe, made a mistake without meaning to. Some people write things that just come out wrong (I did last week!). I have stood up for you, but this is just a little strange. That is like saying quit going to the local CVS pharmacy because they don't ban guns, but they might start if they knew people were carrying.

You get to talk yourself out this one.

My "wally walk" happened at Lowe's.....If I am concealing my gun properly (I was) then I don't care if the manager likes it or not. There is no legal sign so I legally carry.

I object to advertising Wally Walks.
There are plenty of store managers that don't like guns.
Using their stores for Wally Walks is going to antagonize them.
This can and will cause more signs to be put up and restrict concealed carry further.

Don't loose sight of the fact that there are anti gunners out there that
would like to heavily restrict concealed carry or get rid of it totally and completely.
Places like Wal Mart have a lot of financial resources and they can lobby law
makers to act against us
Just curious what spurred the post here. Did you recently talk to an anti-gunner WalMart Manager? Or somebody who works at WalMart who expressed those kind of sentiments? I think if the wrong people did get wind of the "wally walk" right of passage they might be concerned and try to take a negative action but the odds are pretty low and hopefully concealed is concealed so they'll never know.

I'm going to try to be as polite as possible here: If you look at stephen's posts that started a thread topic (search.php?keywords=&terms=all&author=s ... mit=Search" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), you will discover that his posts appear to have the unfortunate (or premeditated) habit of stimulating emotional responses. My personal analysis is that he appears to put no effort into thinking through (or researching) his statements before he writes them, and appears to make posts with the general knowledge that it will cause reactions from the majority of posters, possibly in a premeditated attempt to get attention.

Only stephen will know the true answer to this, but from my perspective, I have (finally) learned that I need to ignore his posts until he cleans up his act.

This post is ridiculous. The only Walley World Walk that ever went poorly to my knowledge was Clark Griswold in 1983.

I don't know that Stephen is a troll, I think it is more of a case of youth and ignorance misplaced in an attempt to make an ill-informed point.

Stephen is hardly young. He's much older than me, and I'm forty-*mumble*.
