Well, I guessed wrong, but there is another place in the continental US where you were not born in a city, state, county.
I just assumed we would have turned down anyone from Louisiana for a CHL, just because.
Did you send proof of citizenship along with your app? I was born in the Philippines (Air Force brat), and was advised to send a copy of my Certificate of Birth Abroad.
