Might want to give the CHL office in Austin a call as well...

Just to let them know what happened...

I'm sure they'll double check that issue and make sure it doesn't happen again...

I wouldn't think its just an internet application issue...All the stuff going out goes through one last system...Whether or not it was received by mail or an internet request...

I too would be concerned, but I think it was probably the odd one in the bunch that day...
