It's concealed.

Yeah, it's probably a gun, but you don't KNOW it's a gun.

It's lumpily concealed, but still concealed.

End of story.

Things you probably shouldn't say to a stranger in public, regardless of truth

1. Your wife needs to wear less makeup
2. Holy cow, that kid of yours is ugly
3. You're too dumb to hide a pistol

Not the best pictures, but...you can decide for yourself whether this is concealed or not...
I don't see anything that would make me worry or comment.

:iagree:
It looks odd, but even though I'm looking at a picture trying to determine if that a gun under there or not, I still can't really tell. It doesn't really take the shape of a gun in those photos.

Whatever it is it is concealed. I don't see why anyone would not just mind there own business and go just drink their coffee.

1. You are spending your money in a store that really doesn't want your business.
2. Learn to mind your own business.
3. Don't post pictures of strangers like that.

Good question. I have worr a temporary pain pump for my back in that position. I have also wore a heart monitor in the position.

We just need to stay in our own area. None of us are CHL Police.

I agree.

He might consider asking Santa for a better holster, but other than being unfashionable for being lumpily lopsided, he looks OK to me.

Why do people keep going back to the off duty LEO baloney?

According to friends at the SLPD, LEO's are not exempt from needing a CHL to conceal carry on or off duty and are subject to following the same laws the rest of us have to follow.

I do not believe you are getting good information. Can you provide a link or something more solid than hearsay?
You might be correct! See this link http://gunningtx.wordpress.com/2009/12/23/cops-carry/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Better way of explaining it that just showing the related Texas laws! Good job for helping clear that up for everybody. :thumbs2:
The gunningtx article only cited 46.15 (a) 1 which covers active duty peace officers. A little further down at 46.15 (a) 5 retired LEO's carrying under LEOSA are exempted from 46.02 and 46.03 as well.

In this case, I wouldn't say anything. If however the shirt had hung up over the gun and exposed, I would, same as if his fly was open. I have unintentionally had my shirt hang up over my CC in HEB and didn't know until I reached my car - not sure exactly when it happened, but suspect getting something off a high shelf. No one said a word - not sure anyone even noticed (It was OWB under untucked shirt). I now don't worry about it much since "exposure" law changed, but I do check it during my shopping with a simple shirt bottom hem tug - which no one notices but me.

In your case you weren't printing - you were accidently exposing.

That's an entirely different situation.

Someone on this forum once said if he were to witness such a situation, he'd quietly tell the man his 2nd Amendment was showing.

I thought that a clever way of helping a fellow out.

If it turns out he's an LEO, he'd probably just chuckle.
