Sorry, no, it is not. To get a Texas CHL you must take the class, in Texas, from a Texas CHL Instructor, though you may have an address outside of the state. The license class is both didactic, in-class with a simple 25-question exam at the end, plus a proficiency demonstration using a pistol with no smaller than a .32 caliber.WCDUB wrote:I have a valid Arizona CHL.
