I have carried in hospitals on several occasions. Was there for the birth of alls 6 grandkids.
I aggree, the tub is the place to go for a major trama in Houston, as is Parkland in Dallas. But if it's me, as soon as I'm stable enough, transfer me to another hospital. Or at least bring me my weapon.
Carry in unposted hospital?

+ 1 for Browns post. Unposted hospitals are not only OK to carry in but in high crime areas I think they are imperative to carry in. I do.
Carry 24-7 or guess right.
