We have researched the subject thoroughly. We are completely satisfied that our conclusions are accurate. I suggest others who might find themselves in similar situations do as much research as possible and draw their own conclusions.

In our case, the church will be owning both property and structure. What I'm unclear on, is whether the preschool will be staffed by church employees, or if an outside organization would be using our facility for their school.

Mr. moderator, this topic comes up on a regular basis. Members of the forum try their best to answer the OP, but none address it as well and as thoroughly as Charles did in: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=56192. Perhaps you might review it and consider making it a sticky.
