Good thoughts TXI. I worked Narcotics. I was deep undercover. I also worked organized crime undercover. CI's are nothing more than criminals charged with lessor offenses. They lie, but if the Narc has done his job this can of mistakes are few and far between. I can tell you mistakes happen because we are people. Kevin no system is important including the FBP. The percentage of the bad shoots and bad warrants are small. The percentage of bad police are small.

WELL NO PERFECT SYSTEM because people are involved. People are human and make mistakes. So I am glad the good out weighs the bad. Airplanes crash (they say) in small percentages. That is great also, unless your on the plane. Life brings dangers.
