Hello everyone. Mailed my completed packet off to DPS this morning. I applied online and did my fingerprinting through FAST. Hope this makes the process go faster. I have several hawaian shirts and can't wait to do the Wally Walk!

11/02/2009 - Packet mailed to DPS
11/04/2009 - Rec'd at DPS
11/09/2009 - Processing App.

50 days from taking class to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" status. Looks like Austin is getting a lot faster.

Thanks, i wasn't even expecting it to be approved this soon from what i was hearing from my instructor and reading on here but it seems the guys and girls in Austin have finally caught up with all the CHL applications.
