If your a good shot, rendering aid would not be necessary. ;-)

As an example, here in San Antonio, there was a road rage incident that resulted in one of the individuals being shot and killed. The shooter (who was justified in the shooting, he was going to be attacked with a bat) shot the perp and then just got back in his car until police arrived. No aiding the suspect and no talking to witnesses. He wasn't charged with ANYTHING. So, I agree, I ain't helping you...and if I did try to help, how would that look?
