Dallas CHL instructors--Help?

I need to find an instructor who will do a one-on-one CHL class for me here where I live (Galleria area, LBJ & Tollway). It would have to be spread over several sessions, preferably early mornings (7-9 AM) or early afternoons (1-3 PM) or late at night (after 9 PM). I don't mind if the sessions are spread out over several weeks.
I'm willing to pay a premium for this, of course--even a stiff one, though that will delay things a bit, depending on how much.
I have a peculiarly restricted living situation. Briefly, here it is: I am a full-time (as in 24-7) caregiver for a 98-year-old friend. He has grown more and more frail and dependent over the last year or so, and now cannot walk across the apartment without help. He grows agitated and fearful if I am gone for more than an hour or so. I get a short break every evening when his daughter comes to visit, but I can't go far; sometimes I have to hurry back to calm him or help him use the bathroom. Every two or three months, I hire a fellow to stay with him while I take a few hours off (I usually go to the range, and I figure I will do this when the course is completed and have to do the shooting qualification).
To complicate matters, his daughter is a rabid gun-hater and would be no help at all. I won't even ask.
If this isn't possible, that's okay; I want my CHL, but I value my word more, and I've committed to stay with my friend till the end, whatever it takes. He's already lived longer than anyone expected, and I hope he lives to be over 100. The way he's going, he just might. If I just have to wait, I'll wait.
It's a little ironic--in the past, I've never been able to afford the class or the DPS fee, and now that I can, I don't have a day off to take the class.
If anybody here can help me out or offer suggestions, please email or PM me and we'll discuss it. There's certainly no rush--it'll be a few weeks before I'll have enough saved to do this anyway.
Thanks for reading.
