I understood that it was posted. I went there yesterday and today. I went in and out exactly six of the doors and I never seen a 30.06?

I thought someone said they were posted. So I looked on purpose, but not at the walls. I can't say for sure now! I was hoping they had got "right with God" and took them down. I still carried, so I guess I had a free pass this time.HighVelocity wrote:Unless they took them down, the signs are not on the doors. They're on the wall beside the doors on the left at a 90 degree angle. Big Green Sign with white letters.
Only been there once about 2 years ago. The signs were on the wall. I didn't see, but heard they also posted at the parking lot entrance. LIBERAL SCUMBAGS :(RPBrown wrote:I was there on Saturday. Went in the east entrance. Did not see the sign until I got to the door and turned around. It's not visable as you are walking up to the door. Also, letter size is questionable. However, I am not willing to be the test case.
I have for years been hearing about this place...Arock wrote:Read reports the parking lots of Grapevine Mills Mall are posted as well. Report said mall security looks for customers walking back to their automobiles from the doors then blocking the cars until Grapevine police arrive at which time they are processed into the system. Would NEVER go there.
Maybe someone has some type of law I am not aware of. I would not think they could do anything about your gun in the trunk as long as you did not enter their business. I don't know that I will ever go back.Arock wrote:Read reports the parking lots of Grapevine Mills Mall are posted as well. The parking lot is posted at various entrances with legal 30.06 signage. You just can't read 1" letters from inside your car. You don't even see the signs unless you are looking for them.carlson1 wrote:Maybe someone has some type of law I am not aware of. I have to wonder if the Katy "Mills" Mall has the same boleros busting policy???
I don't go to Katy very often to shop...Maybe someone here knows if they do the same thing Grapevine does...
The PD does not get "fine money". UCW is a county charge, and any fines collected would go to the county general fund. Criminal Trespass is a county charge, and any fines collected would go to the county.Arock wrote:The parking lot is posted at various entrances with legal 30.06 signage. Question has been asked about illegal detainment but there seems to be a good-ol'-boy handshake between the Mall and Grapevine PD. PD likes the fine money of course.
