DPS WORKING HARD

Thought I would let everyone know that DPS is working overtime.
I called them this morning at 6:45am, and low and behold, Simone answered the phone.
She started work, on a holiday weekend, at 5am this morning. She spent thirty minutes on the phone with updateing me on on my status. :tiphat: :txflag:

No wonder it takes so long! It takes them 30 minutes to update someone in their status.
