I'm not sold on all of this article, but there are some very good thoughts here. Especially the part about using cover or being on the move to avoid being hit.

Good read. I also am not sure I agree with all aspects of it but it makes me think about some things I may do differantly.

Good one Paladin:

For anyone who's not familiar with Paul Howe, he was a U.S. Army Delta Force operator who was highlighted several times in the book "BLACKHAWK DOWN" - the true story of the Mogadishu, Somalia operation that was later made into the movie of the same name.

He has definitely "been there and done that" and knows what he's talking about.
