DUDE! You're mixed up. I asked you to leave because you weren't armed and I couldn't be held responsible for your safety!USA1 wrote:Only at The Annoyed Man's restaurant.
That got quite the chuckle from me!The Annoyed Man wrote:DUDE! You're mixed up. I asked you to leave because you weren't armed and I couldn't be held responsible for your safety!USA1 wrote:Only at The Annoyed Man's restaurant.
I think it's a safe bet they won't ask you to leave because you're armed. However, I don't think I'd chance starting a health care bill debate there.marksiwel wrote:That got quite the chuckle from me!The Annoyed Man wrote:DUDE! You're mixed up. I was almost asked not to bring my gun to a friends house, by his girlfriend, but he stepped in and set it right
Armed yes, but quite possibly outnumbered.marksiwel wrote:Why? I'm armed tooTLynnHughes wrote: I think it's a safe bet they won't ask you to leave because you're armed. However, I don't think I'd chance starting a health care bill debate there.

Maybe an Ego thing. Since I got my Plastic my friends dont poke fun at me like we used to, which I guess I'm all right with, but I dont want them to be afraid of mekarl wrote:When I'm around friends or relatives that know I carry I don't put much effort into my concealment when I'm not in public. My girlfriend's father, with whom I hadn't encountered since receiving my plastic, asked me to leave it in the car and that I "didn't need it here". As most here would, I strongly disagree with this policy but it's his house and he has several readily accessible firearms (which confuses me still) so I let it slide.
