New Sign at the Post Office

I did a search and didn't see anything.

I had to mail something the other day and noticed a new sign at the post office (Town and Country in Houston). I don't remember the exact wording but it covered carrying concealed or open and on your person or in the car. Also said punishable by a year in jail and/or fine of $$$$. Anyone else see this? Was there a new law that went into effect? I didn't notice anything quoting a section of law or anything.

sounds like the new sign is addressed in the addendum section of this page: http://www.thegunzone.com/rkba/rtc-usps.html

I'd sure like to see a picture of the sign, or at least a verbatim copy of the text.

The law hasn't changed. It sounds like a local postmaster is trying to post his own interpretation of the law.

It's on that GunZone link. On the right panel there is a white poster. One part of it is the gunbuster logo. That is exactly what's posted.

It is not this sign, I've seen that sign before this one is new. When I'm back in Houston, this weekend. I'll try to get a pic of it.

This one is about 8-9" high by about 15" wide. They do have the sign like the one on the gunzone site posted inside, but thats always been there.

Isn't it nice that they leave out just enough to be incomplete. Thats why I hate signs like these. They don't contain the entire breadth of the law and therefore are incomplete. Somebody was being zealous.
