Why not just pay your tolls. . . . .like everyone else does?

I do not deny that is the correct thing to do. I have been offered a free class, however, and I need to know this info.

You already acknowledged it's the right thing to do. Pay your tolls and take your free class. It will be a wash. Sometimes you just need to do what is right.

Your use of facts and logic have no place in this thread. :cheers2:

Given the way that foreign firm has of adding outrageous interest to past due tolls, he may not have the resources to pay his tolls.

He got an answer.

Plus, if he has to ask, that in itself may be an answer.

As it stands now, I see nothing in the law that would prevent you from Obtaining your CHL with outstanding tolls.
As I understand it, the toll system is similar to the red light cameras in the effect that the fines are civil and not criminal. I am not certain on this though.

However, you should still pay the tolls. You used the roads knowing they were toll roads.
