Upset some classmates...

I emailed this image to my friend at Baylor who is also a CHL/CCW advocate and got an overwhelming response of praise. As such, I figured you all might like this.

In my Advanced Visual Communication class (part of my PR major sequence), our professor assigned a poster design project with a theme of "Protest and Dissent". He is classically liberal (I like him a lot, just clarifying), and as such, it seems like 300+ of our almost 400 students pandered to his openly expressed beliefs by designing images of, in a phrase, "Bush hate". I protested, but I wasn't looking for a grade, I was looking to speak my mind. So, when he laid them all out in the auditorium, surrounded by images and words of anti-Bush, anti-America, pro-abortion, and 9/11-was-an-inside-job... sat my project.

Forgive the lack of clarity... It's a bit tough to get glossy photo paper to not reflect when the camera flashes.

That's just awesome.

What kind of discussion did this generate, exactly? I'm curious what kind of negative and positive responses it got...

With just a few words you said what people have taken awhole story to say. I think that it is great that you did this for a class.

Great Job.

I know...Isn't it rediculous!!!

And I helps!!!

See when it gets right down to it...This is one of the most positive things I've seen come out of this...

As much as the gun-control crowd has played this by their book...

All we have to do is present something like this, and it speaks more than whatever they could possibly create in their wildest hallucinations...

No, I'm not gloating over my response to a tragedy, its just refreshing to know there are clever people out their who say more in so few words than I could ever in any of my posts...
