Nope. They are legally required to post the 'Unlicensed possession sign whether they want to or not. The 'gunbuster' sign is their choice. The only time I have been to one the pizza was not very good, but my kid had a good time. That was probably 12 years ago. I see a lot of these types of scenarios where a business posts a gunbuster sign. And as you state, they can ask you to leave if you are found carrying, with or without any kind of sign.My only concern would be if they had good pizza.
