Is This Sign Legal?

I was walking into the Irving Convention Center today for a gig and I saw this sign. I wasn't sure if it was legal or not. I mean, I've been there before to gun shows and there wasn't a sign there then. Clearly this is a portable sign. They were having some sort of LEGO/Robot Battle's going on there so there were lots of kids there. Lots of teens.
Anyways, here's the sign. Is it legal?

Well crud, I tried to upload the original and it told me it was too large. It's a 30.06 sign and a 30.07 sign as well.

Try to upload to Photobucket. It will take the larger files.
Rather than attaching upload as [img][Img][img][/img]

The city of Irving owns the Irving Convention Center, so signs are unenforceable. Conceal and Carry away. Open Carry would be legal as well, but you might not be able to convince the police who show up.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, by the way...
