School Activities Question

OK, tomorrow my kids are going on a field trip. I'm going along as a parent "helper", following behind in my truck. I know that when we get to the "activity" the field trip is based around, that I can not carry. My question is: on the way home from this trip, we will, as a group, including the bus with all the kids, stop at a restaurant for supper...can I carry into the restaurant?

If your eating with the group no. If your no longer helping the group and happen to stop at the same place as the group and are no longer associating with them (sitting with, talking to etc) then yes. Best to leave it in the truck as we all know your still helping and it wasn't a chance that y'all stopped at the same place.
