Yeah, looking at the pics I figured he was between 9 and 40... hunters to have it (no "grandfather" clause). It would be a sad day to travel to another state to hunt and not be able hunt because you didn't think about it.
There is some good info in the course even for us more mature hunters.

I did not know that some states require all hunters to have it.
