Yeah.. Brody thinks he is a lapdog. He sits in my lap on the recliner... Couch.. LoL. Amd he thinks sleeping btw my wife and I in bed is a great idea. I have ZERO experience with training hunting dogs as I have never used them to hunt, so i don't see that happening :( He is getting great at frisbee catching amd retrieving tennis balls though, amd we can't keep him out of the water. His main purpose is to keep my 12 yr old ridgeback company, amd they get along fabulously. Great dog so far!

I also owned a ridgeback nearly 40 years ago. Wonderful breed. I wouldn't mind having another one, but my back yard is not really sized for a dog pack, and with my back, walking one dog is hard enough. But I really like ridgebacks. Maybe some day...
