I'm not worried. I already know Andy, baldeagle, and Beiruty. I''ll vouch for them... Not sure if they'll vouch for me though.

If any of you guys shot any REG Trap or the IDPA or Ipsc matches around you probably know me also, I have shot about everything in my life. Hope we can make this happen soon
I have to work on the 23rd, if I get out early enough I'll try to swing by Armadillo. I'm a regular there. I work in Garland and live in Rockwall so it's not too far away.
The 23rd is committed to Skywarn School and storm safety ranks a little higher than shooting at the moment. (If you feel shortness of breath or chest pains after reading that, dial 9-1-1.)
What really hurts is that I live 4 blocks off Hwy 78, eat at Big Daddy's, and am a member at Armadillo.
FYI, the deadly Copeville tornado did its most damage just "up the hill" from the turn off to Armadillo.
Well, there's no reason we can't push it back a week. How would that impact folks? The 30th is supposed to be just slightly cooler and cloudy.

We did not have and I do not expect to have any issues with our members here. In any case, I do not know what forum you mentioned. We are folks who have the means and ways to do deal with "trouble" when said trouble tag along.
Welcome to the forum.

Likely some will always have a conflict. For me the 23rd is open, on the 30th I am doing some pre-planned defensive training which some of you may find of interest: http://p2-concepts.com/index.php/civili ... ncounters/

Meet at noon at Big Daddy's Roadhouse BBQ for lunch. They have picnic tables large enough for a good size group under cover outside the building. First person there grabs a table. Second and following go in and get your food. When you come back out to the table, the first person can go in and get their food.
After we eat, those that want to shoot can mount up and drive up 78 to Nevada (That's Nev A Da, not Nev AH Da) to the range.
When we leave Big Daddy's I'll take the lead since I know where it is. When I get to the turn I'll pull off on the shoulder on the right. When you see my black Grand Caravan, turn left and follow the road into the range. It will be on your left.
Tagging in the hopes I can make this happen.
I don't see a caliber size restriction for the rifle lanes over their website. I trust I'm not missing anything in that regards. I've never shot there before.
What time is 'lunch'? Being married, I have learned this is both extremely subjective and ambiguous.
