Hydroelectric is pretty much tapped out. So in ten years we have to replace 98% of our energy useage assuming no growth in power useage.

And that’s just the energy part.

It's not the amount of money...it's the control they want when every available dollar is spent on pie in the sky projects/programs and the economy collapse makes the great depression seem like an unlimited free buffet at the best steakhouse.
