10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects;
11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state law;
12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election tampering;

Sidney Powell seems to be the real deal; the facts are on her side, and she is a true Christian/Patriot. She was General Flynn's attorney, and for those of you who have been around a while, was a prosecutor against Jimmy Chagra in the assassination of Judge John Wood. We'll see. I'm definitely keeping her in my prayers...Also, if you do some searching, she's done a lot of recent interviews discussing the case.

I think it depends on the quality of the evidence and the judge. These are some high level charges and I don't think Sidney, or any lawyer for that matter, would make these types of accusations if they couldn't be backed up with some pretty damning evidence. Her reputation and license is on the line. I donated to her cause.

Friend I know who is familiar with computers and has read an attachment Sidney included by a guy who is military cyber warrior
says that the Dominion voting system does not record log ins, so there is no record of who accessed the data.

The friend works with large databases and says this basic protection of at least making a record of every log in, is basic security 101, and that not recording log in’s would not be accepted for any publicly traded corporation in the US.

It is truly nuclear level explosive on many levels. The folks responsible for putting Dominion voting systems in place in their states have a lot of 'splainin' to do. So does the GA secretary of state and their elections commission on how the counting was handled.

The vote counts cannot be relied upon as accurate anywhere Dominion systems were used. That section of the GA case can be used almost verbatim in suits in all the swing states.

Unless all the courts up to and including SCOTUS are thoroughly corrupt, this will eventually negate the blatant frauds and put Trump back in the White House.

I was just curious if everyone has considered the full ramifications of the two lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan. Assuming that Powell wins both of her lawsuits and gets everything she asks for, Biden still wins the electoral college. The two states have 16 votes each. If the courts agree and direct those votes to go to Trump, we can add 32 votes to the 232 he currently has. He still would not get to the 270 mark required. Assuming that she only partially wins and neither state gets to name electors at all by Dec. 14, then believe it or not, Biden still wins. It would lower the required total from half + 1 of 538 (270) to half +1 of 504 (253). The Constitution does not say that it requires half of the possible votes, but half of the APPOINTED electors. Trump still comes up short and Biden still has the majority.

To change the outcome of the election would require a third state with at least 6 votes to move. And it would require those votes to actually go to Trump, not just not be appointed. Trump not only needs Powell's lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan, but he needs the Supreme Court to order PA to go the same way. Much as I would like that all to happen, I just don't see it coming true.

I believe that the lawsuits will show that we do have massive fraud in our elections, but we always have had that (well at least since Boss Tweed and the Tammany Hall scandal in the 1850s).
