Turner represented a guy who faked his death to escape legal problems after being arrested for credit card fraud prison and Turner and his roommate who got appointed as administrator of the criminal's will attempted to get insurance companies to pay up. The guy, Sylvester Foster, was alive and well in Spain and where he got arrested for delivering two kilos of coke. It was a multi-million dollar scheme though Turner said he was unaware the guy wasn't dead. After the scheme was exposed by a TV investigative reporter Turner sued for libel and won but as I recall was reversed by the appeals court.
