At Best of the West gun range in Liberty Hill, the owners of Hex Tactical Solutions conduct firearms training courses.
With the discount, teachers can receive basic training for as little as $50.

Apparently this is not the chl course, but another course

"We were on the FOX 7 Facebook page and had seen a story about the legislature considering funding for training for teacher to have a concealed carry license in school and actually another user on there thought that we should offer a discount to teacher and we thought that was a great idea. Firearms users in general have a responsibility to receive training just as a 16-year old that's handed dad's car keys," said Mike Pendley, of Hex Tactical Solutions.

This course is for first time shooters and will cover the fundamentals of marksmanship; grip, stance, sight picture, sight alignment, breathing, trigger control, and follow through, with major emphasis on safety. course will cover the safe and proper way to draw from a holster or concealment.
