Diesel Trucks, SB1350 83rd, Emissions Test

For all the Diesel Truck Lovers who remove the emission equipment and program them for "smoke and performance" looks like it might be coming to an end in Texas, for at least the newer models. Moving to just a registration sticker that can only be renewed if you pass inspection as well.
