I spent many a rain filled, gloomy afternoon during my 20s sipping a Rheingau Riesling and listening to The Moody Blues in the FRG.
40 years later I still feel the need to pull out one of the core seven albums when it clouds up, though I sip a nice whisky instead of the wine.
My son bought me this cd last year and told me to lighten up.

Amazing how well the music transcends genre.

Sweet Lorraine - A 96 year old man, Fred Stobaugh, writes a song about Lorraine, his late wife of 73 years.

Thank you Wild Bill! I'll be celebrating my 39th year of wedded bliss with my sweet wife tomorrow. I hope and pray we are able to have the years Fred and Lorraine shared. I'll be passing this on to her in the morning.
