C'mon... Who did not see this coming??? Given past activism in the family, huge press coverage and then moving out of country, it can only be expected that the family via someone acting as their proxy would file such a suit.

A very sad state of affairs. I hope a judge has enough sense to throw it out of court.

One article blames a school bully for reporting his joke about a bomb to the principal. Near as I can tell he had a battery charging device in his back pack. They are pretty common now, I even have one that I take on trips.

My memory was that the 7th grade was a tough time for us all. But I don't remember many kids being arrested and forced to wear ankle monitors.
