Second Amendment Scholarship

Fellow Texas CHL Forum Members:

I am seeking to establish through the Dallas County Community College District Foundation (501c3) a Second Amendment Scholarship. This scholarship is to be awarded to one or more DCCCD students who meet the criteria of the scholarship. The scholarship will not become active until a minimum of $1,000 is raised to establish it first. All contributions should be made by check to the DCCCD Foundation. Please write “Second Amendment Scholarship” on the check on the “for” line. Checks should be mailed directly to me at the following address:
