I was thinking that sending a full 12-pack with your prints on it might get the job done.

I am curious if anyone missing a significant number of fingers has dealt with DPS on the fingerprint issues.

1. To make sure the person filing the renewal is the same as the original applicant.
2. To record any changes to the prints such as scars that may have happened since the last set was taken.

At least, this is the way it was explained to me.

I call (that word) on this one: It's just bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo.
