There is no city hall and the appraisal district has no other records besides my homestead. The first thing I did was pull all three credit reports. None showed other addresses. The problems began about 15 years ago. My brother lived next door with a different address. He moved into town. Mail that was legitimately mine was never forwarded. However, every catalog that my brother and sister in law subscribed to was now duplicated in my name. I sat down one day with a stack over a foot high and called every one to have my name/address removed. It didn't help. After a few years, my brother and family moved to Brenham. Now, that address is also shown for me.Unfortunately, there is no specific place to update your records. You could possibly check with your local City Hall, and see if they can give
you any information on their records. Other than that public information is gathered in a variety of ways and every time you subscribe to
magazines, have your phone number listed in the white pages, register to vote, or simply enter to win a car at the mall this information is
