Rifling Twist Rate of a Savage Model 110 in .223 Remington

#1

Post by Crash »

I just bought a new Savage Model 110 Predator in .223 Remington, but the owner's manual doesn't specify the rifling twist rate. I know that Savage makes some rifles with a 1:9 rate and some with 1:7, but I would like to know what the rate in my rifle is.

Thanks for your help,

1:9 according to Savage website

“Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.” --Thomas Jefferson
