Please do not spend your $$ on AK variants. Get a real russian SAIGA Ak47.

they run about $500-600 for a AK103 SAIGA russian american.

they are solid built, amazing guns for a decent price.


trust me, you can't go wrong with russian.

Any opinion on WASR-3's? My dad is thinking about reloading and wants to streamline ammunition sizes as much as possible, and seeing how my brother (ex-nat guard) will never even touch a 7.62x39, I have to conform to the 5.56 ammo size. Cheaper Than Dirt is selling them for $420 online, and I'm too cheap for an AR.

but here is a good website that describes all of the AK manufacturers in the United States:

The website even shows the Factories where foreign AK47s are / were Manufactured. Pretty good amount of information.
