That is a beauty for sure. What is the 5R rifling? What all have you done other than the brake and optic?

I almost bought a 5r instead of mu ar. I did not have $ for a good scope for the 5r so I got the ar. I still want one.

11.25 rifling if I recall correctly. Same barrel profile as M24(???) rifle the marines use.

Only other thing is a LaRue 20moa base.

The vortex 3-9x40 will do for now as I don't plan on using her beyond 600yds.

A vortex viper pst 6-24x50 ffp is what will finally go on her for longer range shots.

Beautiful rifle....I really lust after a really nice bolt gun for some reason, even though my closest ranges are all 100 yards or less.

I surprised at the quality of the Vortex scopes. Its not the most well known brand out there but they are really clear quality optics. Is that a flash suppressor or a muzzle brake/comp on the end of the barrel? If its a comp I understand the reason, but if its a flash suppressor :confused5
