CL options
A friend of mine is a resident in Calif. with a business there. He owns vacation property in Utah, so he acquired his CL in that state. He also owns a home in the DFW area (for his daughter and her husband to stay in). He will be travelling by car to the DFW area and then back to Utah and then home again. He is wondering if he would do better to get a Texas ID and then his CL here, or if he would be okay with his Utah CL. My thinking is that the Utah CL would be just fine for travel. My understanding is that the reciprocity for Utah is a bit wider than Texas anyhow. Any thoughts y'all might have are welcome! Thanks!

Re: CL options
Texas has a reciprocal agreement with Utah so he would be fine here on their permit
