Strange that they didn't mention the Black Powder Pistols in that article.

Anyway, I can see it now......

Well, carrying 30 loaded black powder rifles would make you just as dangerous as a person with one semi-auto AK type weapon.

It's NEW YORK! But they are doing it for the children. I wonder when they are going to realize it would be dangerous to let Chuck Norris enter the state?

You can understand their concern since the Black Powder guns are "highly powerful". I guess a "possibles bag" would be the equivilent of a 30 rnd clip, right?
