Here are the changes on where carry is now allowed :
Historic Sites,
Recreational Areas,
Restaurants that derive more than 50% of revenue from food, (APPARENTLY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE LICENSEE TO CONSUME ALCOHOL)
State parks [including all publicly ownde building located in such parks],
Wildlife management areas,
Public transportation.

Governor expected to sign. Effective July 1, 2008.

Good change. Georgia's "public gathering" restriction was crazy.
