OK non resident?

i'm trying to find out if OK has a non-resident CHL available... tried some googling... searched here but not coming up with any answers...

anyone know?

2nd line of eligibility requirements is to "establish a residency in the State of Oklahoma".

Looks like a non-resident permit is not possible.

Since you have a Texas CHL, and Oklahoma has reciprocity with Texas, is it safe to assume that you're asking this question on someone else's behalf?
