Bloomberg Liable for NYC Rapes?

#1

Post by aardwolf »

The NY Times reports a "state appeals court ruled on Tuesday that the Port Authority was liable for damages caused by the 1993 World Trade Center bombing" because they ignored a vulnerability.

When politicians like Michael Bloomberg deny women the right to keep and bear arms for self defense, they contribute to an extreme and frequently catastrophic vulnerability that would have been open and obvious to any rapist who cared to investigate and exploit it. If the PA is 68% liable for the WTC bombing, it seems Bloomberg is at least 85% liable for any crime of violence in NYC against an unarmed victim.
