Steve should reply to this one, since Hostage Negotiation situations are taught at Texas State:
"Since we already know that criminal justice professionals recommend that student not carry fire-arms on campus I would think the argument should be about to run out of gas. "

Armed robbery
Armed kidnapping
Car breakins (to get guns stored there?)

Keep people disarmed ....

It's doing that to me with Opera, but I have three or four browsers on here anyway, so I just popped it open in Chrome to vote.
