Sr. Java Engineer In Plano

I'm a Sr. Software Engineer with experience in Java and Android. I'm unhappy with my current employer, so I'm considering looking for a new job in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney area. I know there are plenty of companies and openings around here, but I'm curious if anyone has personal experience with companies that you would recommend either for or against. I would be especially interested to hear about Capital One and USAA, as those are two of the companies at the top of my list. Thanks.

Not sure if you're still looking, but are you totally opposed to moving? Perhaps out of state?
